- Please pre-book services by writing to info@vspahotel.ee or calling (+372) 677 6677.
- The gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
- Expired cards beyond the validity period will not be accepted, and the card will be voided.
- Damaged or lost gift cards will not be replaced with a new card or refunded.
